Our standard payment structure requires 50% of the agreed project fee upfront before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the completed website. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits cover work commenced and may be non-refundable once a project has started.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final delivered website, including its content and custom design elements. Ecommerce Tracks LLC retains the right to display the completed work, in whole or in part, within our portfolio, marketing materials, and on our website for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ecommerce Tracks LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Third-Party Services
